Their death registrations record 25 August 1947 and 21 January 1950 respectively; Julia May’s death registration confirms them as her parents. PIHS identifies this portrait as Charles ‘Charlie Dan’ Patterson. His lighthouse service remains under verification; the image does not identify Agnes or the children.

The 1931 household and memorial record connect Charles with his wife Agnes MacCallum Patterson. Lighthouse service, the precise birth year and the 1891 marriage date remain under verification.

The memorial also names Julia May and Violet May. Julia’s original death registration independently establishes Charles and Agnes as her parents. Violet’s registration names the same parents, but the biological-generation question remains unresolved. The monument and Island burial entries do not independently establish exact interment plots.
