Flossie MacDonald is commemorated at C-015. The 1931 census records Flossie MacLean, age five, in the John H. and Maggie MacLean household, matching the memorial’s 1925 birth year. A 1942 Pictou Island Sunday School photograph also identifies a Flossie MacLean, providing strong continuity through adolescence. The later MacDonald surname is highly plausible as a married name, but an independent marriage or family record is still needed before that transition is treated as settled.
