Neil Rankin is commemorated at R4-013 in the Pioneer Cemetery. The PARL/NovaStory transcription records his death in 1903 but does not give a birth year. A derivative cemetery source lists 1878–1903, but This account keeps the birth year out of the headline until it is independently controlled. Neil is a priority Rankin research target because his exact cemetery position is known, while his relationship to the better-documented Rankin households and the circumstances of his life and death remain open.
