Island story
Arnold MacMillan grew up in the Donald William and Anna Jane MacMillan family on Pictou Island and spent most of his working life in the lobster fishery. Later oral-history evidence describes him as fishing from the Island for about sixty years. He married Helen Lorraine MacDonald, and their son Billy continued the fishing tradition.
