Family evidence, including Beatrice Ann Bennett’s obituary, identifies Howard and Jessie as her parents. Ruth Munro’s family material also places Howard among the children of Charles C. and Christy Ann MacCallum, while the 1931 census provides a strong age and family match. His fuller work history remains to be developed.
