Annabell MacLean Hooper is commemorated with her husband Lester Hooper at R2-001 in the Pioneer Cemetery. The memorial records 1896–1972 and identifies John Ralph Hooper as their son. The stone also records that John was buried in Holland, making Annabell’s memorial part of the Island’s wartime family remembrance as well as its cemetery history.
